Creada en 1989, TPL Systèmes tiene como actividad principal la fabricación, distribució, la instalación y el mantenimiento de equipos de radiocomunicación profesional para los servicios de emergencia. 

TPL Systèmes tiene está ahora uno de los líderes del sector des los equipos y soluciones de raciocomunicación. Aquella posición está debida a una actividad basada en:

TPL Systèmes vende sus productos a una mayoría de centros de bomberos y servicios de ambulancia en Francia, pero también a numerosos clientes fuera de Francia.

El objetivo de TPL Systèmes es siempre proponer a sus clientes soluciones completas y inovadoras, que cumplan lo más precisamente posible con sus requisitos. 

TPL Systèmes gestiona su actividad desde la sede de la empresa ubicadad en Sarlat (suroeste de Francia) que se compone de tres edificios con una superficie total de 3900 m². Aquí trabajan una grande parte de los colaboradores en los servicios administrativos, dirección, fabricación, mantenimiento, instalación, soporte técnico y logística.

Entre los tres edificios, dos fueron construidos muy recientemente (total 1700 m²) y acogen:

• una cadena de fabricación y montage e-tech, cumpliendo con los últimos estandares vigentes anti-ESD
• una cadena de cableado para tarjetas electrónicas de última generación
• una cadena de integración de vehículos y sistemas

 

TPL Systèmes posee también, en periferia de Toulouse, un polo R&D donde trabajan los equipos de ingenieros.

The engineers of TPL Systèmes are capable of conceiving very varied equipment and solutions, from the most simple to the most complex.

TPL Systèmes' team of engineers works in the new TPL Systèmes building located on the outskirts of Toulouse.

 

   

TPL Systèmes monitors the manufacture of its own products:

At its Sarlat premises, TPL Systèmes has a 7,000m² production unit.
This unit incorporates a state-of-the-art electronic board assembly and wiring line.
Thanks to this unit, TPL Systèmes has control and flexibility over all its production. 

 

     

   

TPL Systèmes has the know-how and the equipment to maintain and repair radio communication products. 

The repair department has at its disposal a wide range of equipment, measurement benches and other tools to offer its expertise in the field of radio repair:

• Radio repair (old and new generation)
• Pager repair
• National repair platform accredited by Airbus DS for the TETRAPOL range of products.
• Repair of eDMR products

TPL Systèmes has developed for its customers a web platform for the follow-up of equipment repairs step by step (product warranty status, receipt of equipment, shipment, repairs carried out, statistics, etc...).

 

    

TPL Systèmes conducts a large number of radio communication training courses for its customers on its own premises, where the training rooms can accommodate up to 50 people.

The courses are run by TPL Systèmes staff who are specialists in the equipment concerned. The aim of these courses is to give users/participants the knowledge and practical experience they need to make optimum use of the equipment they own.

All these internal resources, both logistical and in terms of skills, enable TPL Systèmes to respond and adapt to any type of training request.

TPL Systèmes cares about its customers' satisfaction.

In order to provide a good quality of service to all its customers, TPL Systèmes takes care of its way of communicating with each customer (incoming calls, emails, tracking and follow-up). 

A customer support service is also available in order to bring technical support and assistance to the customers in the use of their products.

The design and manufacture of TPL Systèmes' products, as well as all of its customer support services, are part of an ongoing quality approach. A number of products developed by TPL Systèmes' R&D department have NF Civil Security Software certification (for certain equipment).

           

TPL Systèmes constantly work on innovative technologies and takes part in R&D projects (French project of communicating ambulance).

On a regular basis, TPL Systèmes releases new innovative products including the latest technologies related to radiocommunication or softwares.
