The Bluetooth wireless PTT ring is a ring that uses BLE 5.0 technology to launch or answer a call from an MCPTT or POC application installed on a smartphone. It is compatible with both Android and iOS.
It can be used by hand or attached to a bike or motorbike handlebar or any other system using the Velcro straps included.
The ring is designed for use in hostile environments and is IP67-rated.
It is powered by an easily replaceable CR2032 battery, which gives it a battery life of over 400 hours in nominal permanent connection mode.
An automatic shutdown system is built in as soon as the smartphone is no longer within range of the ring.
The Bluetooth wireless PTT ring can be updated and programmed via Bluetooth using PC software.
The electronics and software are developed entirely by TPL Systèmes’ teams in France.
