Who are we ?

Created in 1989, TPL Systèmes' main activity is the manufacturing, distribution, installation and maintenance of professional radiocommunication equipment for emergency services.

Our activities

Over the years, TPL Systèmes has forged a leading position in the sector of radiocommunication equipment and solutions. This position is structured around three activities:

1. Study, development and manufacturing
  • ranges of products specific to TPL Systèmes, such as a complete range of POCSAG, FLEX, GPRS, TETRA paging receivers a range of on-board equipment complementary to products intended for ANTARES (TETRAPOL) or TETRA
  • networks a complete range of eDMR digital radiocommunication equipment dedicated to low bands (40, 80 and 160 MHz)
2. Distribution

National anchoring, international openness

These different products marketed to a large number of SDIS and SAMU in France, also allow today, for a certain number of them, TPL Systèmes to be present on a growing number of export markets.

For several years now, TPL Systèmes also works with the National Police and has carried out a tailor-made development of GPS micro-pearls connectable to ACROPOL (TETRAPOL) handhelds and used to locate pedestrian teams.

In France, as in exports, the objective of TPL Systèmes is to provide its customers with complete and innovative solutions, responding as precisely as possible to the needs and expectations that they may have in the exercise of their business on a daily basis.

This is why TPL Systèmes permanently participates in working and user groups, and in particular includes a certain number of stages in the manufacturing of its products, in a quality approach.

Our headquarters in Sarlat

TPL Systèmes manages its entire activity from its head office, established in Sarlat, in Périgord Noir, since the origin of the company. It is in fact in three recent and functional buildings that some of the employees who make up the radiocommunication activity of TPL Systèmes are installed and who are distributed between Management, the administrative, manufacturing, after-sales service, deployment, and technical and logistics support. The overall workforce of the TPL Systèmes group is 88 people.

Our manufacturing

This surface area of ​​6,700 m² includes in particular 2 buildings, recently built, which include: an e-tech assembly line, meeting the very latest standards in force in the anti-ESD field a wiring chain for latest generation electronic cards a unit of systems and vehicle integration

R&D Division

Rich in varied skills: on-board electronics, radiocommunication, etc., the TPL Systèmes design office is made up of both engineers with more than 20 years of experience in radiocommunication, as well as young graduates trained in the latest analog and digital technologies.

The diversity and complementarity of this team allow it to design very varied equipment and solutions, from the simplest to the most complex.

A majority of the development staff at TPL Systèmes is based in the R&D center in Toulouse.

Manufacturing

TPL Systèmes monitors the manufacturing of its own products: In its premises in Sarlat, TPL Systèmes has a 7,000m² production unit. This unit integrates an assembly and cabling line for the latest generation electronic cards. Thanks to this unit, TPL Systèmes has control and flexibility over all of its production.

Maintenance and repairs

TPL Systèmes has both the know-how and the equipment for troubleshooting radiocommunication products.

Its after-sales service department has numerous equipment, measuring benches and other tools to offer its skills in:

  • Radio troubleshooting (old and new generation)
  • Troubleshooting of pagers
  • National troubleshooting platform approved by AIRBUS Defense & Space on products from the ANTARES (TETRAPOL) range
  • National troubleshooting platform for SIS
  • Gestion radio products troubleshooting radio links (SAGEM & Alcatel) and multiplexers.

TPL Systèmes has developed for its customers a web platform to support equipment intended for after-sales service. This platform thus makes it possible to manage shipments and then returns of equipment in after-sales service and to have all the traceability elements of equipment support (warranty status, receipt of the goods, statistics on after-sales service returns, etc.) .

Training

TPL Systèmes carries out numerous radiocommunication training courses for its customers in its own premises where the training rooms can accommodate up to 50 people.

The courses are provided by TPL Systèmes employees, specialists in the equipment on which the training courses focus. These aim to give users/participants the knowledge and practice necessary for optimal and efficient use of the equipment they own.

All of these internal resources, both logistical and in terms of skills, allow TPL Systèmes responds and adapts to any type of training request.

Satisfaction customer

TPL Systèmes attaches great importance to its customers and their satisfaction. To this end, TPL Systèmes has a CRM tool for the management, guidance and monitoring of incoming calls.

The Technical Support department of TPL Systèmes is also available to its customers to provide them with technical assistance in the use of their products and in resolving any operating problems they encounter.

Quality

The design and manufacturing of products as well as all customer support from TPL Systèmes are part of a permanent quality approach. A certain number of products developed by the R&D department of TPL Systèmes benefit from NF Civil Security Software certification (on certain equipment).

Innovation

TPL Systèmes works on increasingly innovative technologies and participates in R&D projects such as AMBUCOM (AMBUlance COMmunicante) or ARMATURE.

TPL Systèmes regularly puts innovative products on the market, including the very latest technologies in radiocommunication or of software.
