To ensure the safety of agents and the continuity of operations on the electrical network, Enedis uses a dedicated communication system. Since the transition from the SYRACUSE network to SOMERO, radio communication technology has been modernized in 2018 with the adoption of the eDMR digital standard on the 80 MHz band.
This digital network enables secure, efficient communications interconnected with the public switched telephone network, while supporting advanced functionalities such as remote control of the HTA 20,000V network.
