Who are we ?
Founded in 1989, TPL Systèmes specializes in the manufacturing, distribution, installation, and maintenance of professional radiocommunication equipment for emergency services.
Over the years, TPL Systèmes has established itself as a leader in the field of radiocommunication equipment and solutions. This leadership is structured around three main activities:
1- RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, AND MANUFACTURING
- A range of proprietary products developed by TPL Systèmes, including a complete line of pagers POCSAG, FLEX, GPRS, and TETRA,
- A range of onboard equipment complementary to products designed for ANTARES (TETRAPOL) or TETRA networks,
- A complete line of eDMR digital radiocommunication equipment dedicated to low-frequency bands (40, 80, and 160 MHz).
2 - DISTRIBUTION

- Cradlepoint for professional 4G/5G router modems
3 - REPAIR
- Through two ANTARES repair service (SAV) platforms certified by AIRBUS DS.
- Through two SAV lines dedicated to POCSAG pagers.
- Through a maintenance line for eDMR equipment.
- Through a maintenance line for onboard equipment.
he various products distributed by TPL Systèmes serve a large number of Fire and Emergency Medical Services (SDIS and SAMU) in France. Many of these products have also enabled the company to expand its presence in international markets.
For several years, TPL Systèmes has also been working with the French National Police, developing a custom-built GPS speaker-microphone designed for ACROPOL (TETRAPOL) portable radios, which helps locate foot patrol teams.
Both in France and internationally, TPL Systèmes’ objective is to provide customers with complete and innovative solutions that precisely meet their operational needs and expectations.
To achieve this, TPL Systèmes actively participates in working groups and user committees. The company also integrates a number of manufacturing stages into a quality-focused approach to ensure the highest standards in its products.
TPL Systèmes manages all its operations from its headquarters in Sarlat, in the Périgord Noir region, where it has been based since its founding. The company operates from three modern and functional buildings, housing its radiocommunication division, including management, administrative, manufacturing, after-sales service, deployment, technical support, and logistics teams.
The TPL Systèmes Group employs a total of 84 people.
This 7,000 m² site includes 2 recently constructed buildings:
- An e-tech assembly line, meeting the latest anti-ESD standards.
- A state-of-the-art electronic board wiring line.
- A system and vehicle integration unit.
Additionally, TPL Systèmes operates an R&D center near Toulouse, where all engineering and development teams are based.

The engineers of TPL Systèmes are capable of conceiving very varied equipment and solutions, from the most simple to the most complex.
TPL Systèmes' team of engineers works in the new TPL Systèmes building located on the outskirts of Toulouse.
Manufacturing
TPL Systèmes monitors the manufacture of its own products:
At its Sarlat premises, TPL Systèmes has a 7,000m² production unit.
This unit incorporates a state-of-the-art electronic board assembly and wiring line.
Thanks to this unit, TPL Systèmes has control and flexibility over all its production.
Maintenance and repair
TPL Systèmes has the know-how and the equipment to maintain and repair radio communication products.
The repair department has at its disposal a wide range of equipment, measurement benches and other tools to offer its expertise in the field of radio repair:
- Radio repair (old and new generation)
- Pager repair
- National repair platform accredited by Airbus DS for the TETRAPOL range of products.
- Repair of eDMR products
TPL Systèmes has developed for its customers a web platform for the follow-up of equipment repairs step by step (product warranty status, receipt of equipment, shipment, repairs carried out, statistics, etc...).
Training
TPL Systèmes conducts a large number of radio communication training courses for its customers on its own premises, where the training rooms can accommodate up to 50 people.
The courses are run by TPL Systèmes staff who are specialists in the equipment concerned. The aim of these courses is to give users/participants the knowledge and practical experience they need to make optimum use of the equipment they own.
All these internal resources, both logistical and in terms of skills, enable TPL Systèmes to respond and adapt to any type of training request.
Customer satisfaction
TPL Systèmes cares about its customers' satisfaction.
In order to provide a good quality of service to all its customers, TPL Systèmes takes care of its way of communicating with each customer (incoming calls, emails, tracking and follow-up).
A customer support service is also available in order to bring technical support and assistance to the customers in the use of their products.
Quality
The design and manufacture of TPL Systèmes' products, as well as all of its customer support services, are part of an ongoing quality approach. A number of products developed by TPL Systèmes' R&D department have NF Civil Security Software certification (for certain equipment).
Innovation
TPL Systèmes constantly work on innovative technologies and takes part in R&D projects (French project of communicating ambulance).
On a regular basis, TPL Systèmes releases new innovative products including the latest technologies related to radiocommunication or softwares.
